P5 – Non-urgent, a situation in which users are directed to the most appropriate health service.

As part of the European Day of 112 celebrations on the 11th of February, a webinar will be held at 15:00 to explore these topics in more detail, emphasising the importance of making accurate and responsible requests for help in emergencies, according to the SRPC’s post on its official social media page.
