In March this year, sports and leisure company, Endemicxperiences, released photographs of ‘Porto dos Frades’ which they described as an ‘incredible place in Porto Santo,’ only to return one month later, to find the area strewn with litter and graffiti; both of which they state, degrade nature, not enhance it!
Decrying the vandalism, and at the same time attempting to raise the population’s awareness of the need to preserve nature, the company has posted several images, saying that they are appealing to everyone to take care of the world’s natural beauty, especially areas that are fragile and easily destroyed by human activity.
