“This initiative is from Fortimel, a Danone Nutricia brand, in partnership with the Portuguese League Against Cancer (LPCC), which aims to warn of malnutrition associated with cancer, a frequent and often neglected condition, which can compromise the effectiveness of treatments and the quality of life of patients.
The meeting includes an informative component, conducted by nutritionists specialised in oncology and showcooking with Chef Tia Cátia, who presents suggestions for simple, nutritious meals adapted to the needs of those living with the disease,” reads the press release.
