A man in an intoxicated state climbed the tower of the cable car next to the PSP command in Funchal. It all happened late Tuesday afternoon, and luckily, after ‘negotiations’ with the PSP, he ended up climbing down and was later transported to hospital by the Red Cross.
As far as reporters could discern, the man was allegedly under the influence of some form of substance.
