A 48-year-old man threw himself from a Funchal Court window today.
According to local newspaper, DIÁRIO, the individual, who was being heard by the investigating judge, managed to open a window, climb out, and jump down to the car park below.
The defendant was quickly caught, having broken his ankle and was rescued by the BVM – Madeiran Volunteer Firefighters. He was later referred to the Dr. Nélio Hospital.
The PSP took care of the occurrence.
