The Municipality of Calheta has opened its registration for the 7th edition of the Garden Exhibition ‘Calheta a Florir,’ an initiative that celebrates the Flower Festival and aims to involve as many gardeners as possible, no matter whether they own a garden or a floral pot display.
Interested parties are invited, to enter their gardens and/or flower pots, to encourage the increase of green and flowering spaces within the various parishes. To participate, you can now register by contacting 291 820 200 or emailing camara@cmcalheta.pt and attaching the registration form. This is available on the City Council website in the ‘Forms’ section.
Registration ends on the 19th of April and after that, a team from the municipality will visit all the participants and photograph their gardens and flower pots. Once finished all entries will be displayed in the Town Hall.
