Passers-by were not surprised this morning to find another tent allegedly set up by tourists in the Praia Formosa area of Funchal – a situation that has become increasingly frequent in public spaces in the Region.
According to a JM reader, the structure was set up during the night, as there had been no one there earlier. The case again raises questions about the lack of inspection and misuse of public areas.
