Approximately 19% of the houses bought in Madeira during November were sold within a week, states a report from Estate Agents, Idealista.
According to information, released today, 12% have been in the market between two weeks and a month, 24% between one and three months, 33% between three months and a year, and 12% more than a year. In Funchal, one of the cities where ‘express’ sales have the highest percentage, 19% were removed from the platforms in seven days.
It was in the district of Porto (28%) where more houses were sold in less than a week during November. This is followed by Évora (26%), São Miguel Island (22%), Aveiro (21%), Madeira Island (19%), Braga (17%), Lisbon (17%), Bragança (16%), Coimbra (15%), Faro (14%), Santarém (14%), Setúbal (14%), Viseu (14%), Guarda (10%) and Leiria (10%).
