As a result of the power cut from last weekend’s storms the IASAUDE Reimbursement has crashed. This in turn has affected the pre-registration of RAM Health Expenses, and the delivery of documentation via the digital counter at Loja do Cidadão.
In a statement, a spokesperson for IASAUDE said: “In order to help everyone, IASAÚDE, IP-RAM has decided to maintain its face-to-face service, where health reimbursement applications can be delivered, and where they will be processed manually. This, however, may result in possible delays, either in the receipt of documentation, or in reimbursement payments. We apologise for any problems caused, and we are working hard to rectify the situation.”
