The NRP Setúbal docked this morning in Funchal harbour due to the worsening sea conditions off the coasts of Madeira and Porto Santo.
According to the Portuguese Institute of Atmosphere and Sea, a 2.6 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 02h57 this morning (17.09), off the north coast of Porto Santo at a depth of 10 km.
