The representative of the Republic for the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM), Ireneu Barreto, signed today and ordered the publication of the regional regulatory decree that ‘Establishes the preventive measures for an area to be allocated to the construction work of the “Golf Course, in the parish of Faial, in the municipality of Santana.’
The office of the counselor judge recalls that the decree was approved at a government council meeting on November the 20th and was received at the São Lourenço Palace on the 25th of the same month.
