Neves residents are upset about the number of tourists staying overnight at the Miradouro das Neves, in the parish of São Gonçalo.
Not only is the camping preventing others from enjoying this very popular viewpoint, but many are upset at the lack of sanitary conditions in the area.
However, if the government has agreed that camper vans and the like are licensed in Madeira, we are going to see a lot more ‘improvised camp sites.’
