The Porto Santo Line has cancelled its scheduled sailings on Saturday and Sunday due to bad weather.
According to the Portuguese Institute of Atmosphere and Sea (IPMA), the south coast and mountainous regions of the island of Madeira are under a yellow warning for heavy rain and thunderstorms from midnight on Saturday to 09:00 on Sunday.
