The north and south coasts of Madeira and Porto Santo remain under a yellow hot weather warning until Wednesday, according to the Portuguese Institute of Atmosphere and Sea (IPMA). The weather warning will remain in place until 10:00 on Wednesday, due to the persistence of high temperatures.
A yellow warning, the least serious on a scale of three, indicates a risk to certain weather-dependent activities and requires you to be aware of the evolution of weather conditions.
