A report issued this morning by a disgruntled passenger who took the last TAP flight from Madeira to Lisbon stated that they were left waiting for three hours for their baggage.
The flight, scheduled to depart at 21:50, was delayed by about 1 hour and 10 minutes due to weather conditions. “When we finally arrived in Lisbon, we were at the baggage carousels for more than an hour and a half without being informed of what was happening. We had to issue several complaints before anyone would investigate the situation.
Eventually, our bags were found, still sitting on the tarmac. They’d been forgotten. We spent three hours waiting. It was quicker to fly to Madeira than to locate our luggage,” wrote the offended passenger.
