IPMA seismographs recorded two earthquakes this morning.
The first was at 03:07 off the Selvagens Islands registering 2,7 on the Richter Scale. A few hours later, at 04:47, a smaller 2.3 magnitude earthquake occurred off the north coast of Madeira on the Madeira Tore.
Due to their size and location, they would not have been felt.
