The Parish Council of Santa Maria Maior will hold its XVIII edition photography contest entitled ‘Portraits of my Parish.’
Photographers are asked to present for the competition and to the public scenes that promote scenic, cultural, economic, heritage, and social values of the oldest parish in Madeira.
According to that local authority, the photographs must represent an aspect of experience or ephemerality of the parish of Santa Maria Maior, taken in 2025.
The award ceremony is scheduled for the 25th of September at the Civic Centre of Santa Maria Maior. All competitors must submit their work between the 14th of April and the 31st of July.
