PJ Operation: 5 Detainees to be Heard in Loures

The five arrested this morning in Madeira will be transported to the mainland, in order to be heard in the first interrogation at the Court of Criminal Instruction of Loures, since the investigation is under the direction of the Loures Department of Investigation and Criminal Action (DIAP).

The suspects will be heard by the investigating judge for the application of coercive measures.

It should be recalled that “Operation ‘Traveler’s Route II’ arrested today in Madeira five people, aged between 23 and 55, for alleged involvement in a criminal association related to the air mobility allowance.

Forty interviews of witnesses were carried out and “extensive evidence” was collected, according to the Judiciary Police.
