An individual is being sought by the police after leaving the scene of the accident.
The victim, who was a young motorcyclist was involved in an accident with a car in the early hours of this morning on Rua 31 de Janeiro, Funchal, complained of pain in his upper limbs and was assisted on site and then transported to hospital, where he was admitted and placed under observation.
Local sources confirm that the police have already collected evidence that should lead to the identification of the driver.
