Madeira airport was buzzing this afternoon as actors, directors, producers, and camera operators were quickly ushered through the airport into waiting cars.
A majority of the film crew and actors were immediately driven to Caniçal, where the first scenes are being recorded. Other film crew members were later transported to various filming locations around the island.
Yesterday, a cargo plane landed at 2 pm, at Madeira Airport, containing various equipment. Over the last couple of days, several containers and approximately 100 vehicles have arrived on the island in preparation for the filming.
Please be aware that filming will take place across the island, and several areas will be closed to the public. Filming is expected to end at the end of the month.
