Madeira Receives 5,000 Flu Vaccines

Since the 27th of September, more than 12,000 flu jabs have been administered in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM), and unprecedented demand meant that vaccination centres quickly ran out of the vaccine. However, as of yesterday afternoon (26th of October), Madeira’s Regional Health Service received a further 5,000 flu vaccines, allowing the Health Service to continue their flu vaccination campaign for priority groups.
