Three puppies were abandoned next to a rubbish bin, on the Areeiro path, next to the primary school this afternoon.
Luckily, the puppies, are now under the care of the Funchal Municipal Kennel, who took to their social media pages to lambast the cruelty of such an act, saying that somewhere, there is a distressed dog looking for her offspring.
They ask, that if anyone has any information with regard to the dumping of these three little souls to contact them immediately.
