Protect Yourself and Others

Today the Regional Secretary for Health and Civil Protection, Pedro Ramos, asked all those who had celebrated Sporting’s recent victory on Avenida do Mar, especially those who had disregarded the regions health and safety laws, to carry out a free rapid antigen test to protect themselves and others. 

In his address, he begged all those who had been foolish, to:

“Take advantage of the opportunity that the Regional Government gives to its citizens.  Make an appointment at one of the participating pharmacies and take the test.  We, as a government need to calculate if the celebrations will have serious repercussions for the island.”
