The Portuguese Institute of Atmosphere and Sea (IPMA), has placed the Madeira Archipelago under a yellow warning for rain between 12 pm and 9 pm tomorrow, Sunday the 3rd of April.

The Regional Civil Protection Service announced this afternoon that the south coast of Madeira, the mountainous regions and Porto Santo will be placed under orange and yellow warnings for heavy rain and thunderstorms between 00:00 and 15:00 on Sunday, due to the passage of a frontal depression, which is expected to hit the autonomous Region of Madeira early tomorrow morning.
