A black and white cat, who has now been named Rafael was found with wires sticking out from his tummy. He was a victim of inhumane cruelty, as someone had deliberately pushed the wires through him, but luckily for Rafael, charity Ajuda a Alimentar Cães managed to rescue him and provide him with emergency veterinary treatment.
