Madeira is again affected by dust from North Africa, an atmospheric phenomenon that should begin to dissipate on Wednesday, according to a forecast by Victor Prior, Madeira Delegate of the Portuguese Institute of Atmosphere and Sea (IPMA). Temperatures are set to rise tomorrow, but rain is forecast for Thursday.
