Unlike previous years where school groups, parents and family members have visited the Children’s Wall of Hope at Largo do Município, to participate in its decoration, this year the attendance has been patchy, while reports say that the wall is ‘timidly composing itself.’
Although the Regional Directorate of Tourism is providing the flowers until 1 pm, the expected number of children has remained lower than anticipated.
