Several commercial establishments in the La Vie Shopping Centre area, particularly those located in Rua Serpa Pinto have been the target of several robberies and acts of vandalism. The most recent a beauty salon, Sole Mio Nails, which was vandalised last night (11/07). It is believed that thieves broke in between 6.30 pm – 8.00 pm.
Due to the successive number of incidents in the area, the business owner has advised her clients that she is locating to another, safer part of town.
