Madeira’s highest peaks had a dusting of snow this morning, after a sudden drop in temperature.
At 09:00, the minimum temperature at the Pico do Pico weather station Areeiro was at -0.7 ºC, after having dropped from 4.6 ºC recorded in the early hours of the morning.
