TAP passengers arriving from Porto to the Madeira International Airport were forced to walk in the rain to the airport terminal this morning.
The absence of a bus to pick up passengers, given the weather conditions, contributed to the dissatisfaction of some people who disembarked from the aircraft.
Local newspapers received several emails from passengers complaining about the lack of service and courtesy they were offered.
