Holday for Monte’s Toboggan Drivers

As usual, because of the festivities in the parish of Monte, the carreiros will take a week off between the second and third week of August.

In a press release, the Association of Carreiros do Monte stated:

“We inform you that, due to the holding of the Festivities of Our Senhora do Monte, and the need for the Carreiros’ to have a holiday, the toboggan service will be closed from 10-08-2025 to 17-08-2025.”
