Forum Madeira has launched a new app and website, aimed at strengthening its digital presence and offering a more personalised and innovative customer experience.
According to a shopping centre statement, the new application features advanced capabilities designed to enhance user interaction and foster loyalty through its brand club. This new club offers access to unique promotions and exclusive offers available only to members.
The information included in the APP and its communications is fully personalised, with recommendations adapted to the interests and consumption habits of each visitor. In this way, users receive relevant information about events, promotions and stores aligned with their preferences.
This update is part of Castellana Properties’ strategy, following the acquisition of the shopping centre, to integrate it into a unified digital ecosystem; a system that has already been successfully implemented in Shopping Centres in Spain. With this initiative, Forum Madeira reinforces its digital positioning, aligning itself with the best international practices in the sector.
