It has been “a challenge” for agencies to manage their customers’ bookings on TAP flights from Lisbon and Porto. Since mid-June, planes have landed full and it has been difficult for agents to find vacancies to meet requests.
Pedro Araújo, administrator of Bravatour Viagens e Turismo, confirmed this reality.
“In fact, TAP flights have always been full. Sometimes, we feel great difficulty and it is a great challenge to meet our customers’ requests,” because there is no response capacity on the domestic flights of the Portuguese Air Carrier.
