Details are still sketchy, but what is known is that a young male foreign national aged approximately 25 years old fell from the second floor of a residential building on Rua da Queimada de Baixo, in the centre of Funchal, this afternoon (06/07/24).
The young man was found bleeding copiously and unconscious.
