Last night, two National Republican Guard (GNR) officers saved the life of an employee choking to death in the Kampo Restaurant (by Chef Júlio Pereira).
Although the man’s colleagues had phoned 112, they were unable to get anyone to answer the phone, forcing co-workers to approach the GNR and ask them for assistance. The two officers quickly responded to the situation and were able to save the man’s life.
According to an eye-witness, the man was fine and did not need to go to hospital.
