As of today, Monday the 13th of June, SESARAM will be providing a new “user care satisfaction’ platform.
The Inquéritos@Online digital platform, was conceived and developed by the SESARAM Informatics Nucleus, and asks questions about services provided. With this new functionality, after each consultation, A & E visit, or hospitalisation SESARAM will send a link to the patients e-mail, asking them to complete the new Satisfaction Survey, which can be accessed and filled in on any device – computer, tablet or mobile phone –.
This service will also be available on the User Portal, allowing patients to consult, at any time, completed surveys and those still waiting to be filled in.
SESARAM has further clarified that all data collected will remain anonymous and will exclusively be used for statistical purposes, as a way of improving the standard of care provided.
