An earthquake measuring 2.0, on the Richter scale, was recorded off the northeast coast of Porto Moniz by the IPMA at 04:51 this morning.
The earthquake had a depth of 37 km, and is the twelfth earthquake to have been recorded off the coast of Madeira in the last 30 days.
