The Portuguese Institute of Atmosphere and Sea (IPMA) has issued a yellow rain warning for Madeira and Porto Santo on Wednesday, the 12th of November. The warning is in effect between midnight and noon on Wednesday. Thunderstorms are also predicted during this time.
