Spanish company Castellana Properties; a leader in the retail real estate sector, announced on Friday the acquisition of the Forum Madeira shopping centre, for a total amount of 63.3 million euros.
This purchase marks the company’s fifth acquisition in Portugal since its entry into the Portuguese market in October 2024, and reinforces Castellana Properties’ expansion and geographic diversification strategy, investing in reference commercial assets in main areas of influence.
