A video filmed in Madeira is circulating on social media, leaving internet users dumbfounded by the danger and the beauty of the images of a mountain escarpment in São Vicente.
The images show the Estádio dos Juncos and the swimming pools to the backdrop of an immense landscape. Opinion is divided. Some say that the filming is done in 360º, which creates an illusion of walking on the edge of the cliff, when, in fact, it is further away. Others state that the tourist was that close to the edge.
Although the images are stunning, the danger is incredible. The video, available via JM and Facebook is not for the faint-hearted or those suffering from vertigo.
