During an interview today, the President of Madeira, Miguel Albuquerque considers that it is not a problem for the Ministry of National Defence to open an inquiry into the licensing of the company ‘Softbox Madeira’ to assess the “conformity or non-compliance” of the licensing process for trade and industry activity of military goods and technologies.
However, the President of the Regional Government recalls that the licensing was carried out because the company complied with all the requirements, and that they were validated by the Ministry of Defence of the previous government.
