Multi Portugal, manager of the PLAZA Madeira shopping centre (formerly La Vie), is hosting its launch party tomorrow at 11:00 am.
PLAZA Madeira is now owned by the open-ended real estate investment fund CA Património Crescente, a fund managed by Square Asset Management, and has been managed by Multi Portugal since January 16, 2024.
The shopping centre presents itself to the market with a fresh and appealing image, a new and differentiating approach, focused on the fashion and lifestyle segments, and with a clear commitment to the constant qualification of the range of brands and services available to visitors.
The launch event will be attended by the President of the Regional Government of Madeira, Miguel Albuquerque, the Managing Director of Multi Corporation Iberia, Francisco Cavaleiro de Ferreira, and Fernando Ferreira, Chief Investment Office and member of the board of directors of Square Asset Management.
