The Regional Directorate of Health has confirmed that the number of ‘Aedes aegypti’ mosquitoes has reached unprecedented levels compared to other years.
Despite the increase in the number of traps in the region, this insidious little beast continues to cause havoc, pain, and misery while concentrating its terror campaign around Funchal and Câmara de Lobos.
