The new rules that came into force in October oblige the Chamber to require minutes of the Condominium Assembly to license new Local Accommodation (AL) spaces.
Councillor João Rodrigues explained to reporters that many investors are neglecting this requirement and, therefore, “an immense number” of proposals have been refused.
