I’ve just been advised that there is a gluten-free breadmaking course for beginners coming up. So if you are gluten-free and want to start making your own bread, this will be the course for you.
Even though the course is in Portuguese, depending on the number of foreign participants, they will endeavour to ask someone to do an English translation.
The workshop is aimed at people who are intolerant or allergic to gluten and want to learn how to make their own bread. During the course, you will learn to make several easy to make breads that you can incorporate in your daily life.
There will also be a tasting session, as well as refreshments
The course will be held on Saturday the 22nd of July between 11:00 – 15:00 at the
