Yesterday, several CTT branches were unable to cope with the number of pensioners drawing their pensions and ran out of money.
CTT admitted that there had been “sporadic cases” and a “lack of resources,” but say that they were able to respond to their customers’ needs.
Travel refunds were also affected.
