Two tourists caused consternation among bystanders while they embarked on a dangerous rock climb along the waterfront in Porto Moniz.
Eyewitnesses reported that two men, both approximately 40 years old, decided to do a little rock climbing, however, the original video footage shows that both men were having difficulties in making the ascent.
Many felt that it again shows that tourists are failing to understand the risks associated with foolish and unwise behaviour.
Witnesses did not mention if the two men needed to be rescued or not!
