Yesterday evening it was reported that several sections of public lighting along Ruas 5 de Outubro and 31 de Janeiro had been turned off.
This is not the first time that sections of road have become dimly lit, as residents have confirmed that areas along Caminho do Comboio have also been turned off.
As yet, no one has given a reason for the ‘blackouts.’
