Up until Sunday, the 14th of August, the number of vaccines administered in Madeira stood at 537,264, five hundred and fifty-two more than the previous week.
Of the total number of vaccines administered in the RAM (537,264), 227,808 correspond to the administration of the first dose, 224,869 doses of complete vaccination and 111,826 booster jabs, of which 1,970 are second booster inoculations.
To date, 5,346 children aged between 5 and 11 have started vaccination; of these, 4 304 completed the vaccination. There is also a homogeneous distribution of the vaccinated population by municipalities, greater than or equal to 90 percent of complete vaccination, with the exception of the municipalities of Câmara de Lobos and Santa Cruz, with 85 and 87 percent, respectively.
