A UK driver, currently on holiday in Madeira, was yesterday involved in a head on collision near the Lagar Restaurant, on the road that connects Câmara de Lobos to Estreito de Câmara de Lobos. Unfortunately, the driver had become confused, and ended up driving on the wrong side of the road.
Local Public Security Police (PSP) officers took charge of the incident, and one of the drivers was transported to hospital for observation, after admitting that they felt unwell.
